TEACHING

Stephanie believes that every dancer has the capacity to be an artist.

Whether teaching a class, coaching an individual dancer, guiding a rehearsal, or leading a workshop, she encourages dancers to approach movement with curiosity, intention, and care.

Her teaching brings together technical refinement and thoughtful artistry, helping dancers deepen their understanding of movement and their ability to communicate through it.

TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

Stephanie believes that meaningful dance training cultivates both technical excellence and artistic depth. She seeks to provide dancers with a clear framework for understanding movement, enabling them to make thoughtful technical and artistic choices while developing greater confidence and freedom.

She helps dancers become increasingly aware of the elements that shape their dancing — from alignment and coordination to musicality, movement quality, intention, and presence.

Stephanie works with dancers across a wide range of ages and stages of development, from young students building strong foundations and pre-professional dancers developing their craft to adults returning to dance and experienced artists refining performance. Across these settings, she creates a supportive environment where dancers are encouraged to explore thoughtfully and grow in confidence through understanding.

Stephanie hopes to help dancers build stronger technique and a deeper understanding of themselves as movers and artists. Whether dance becomes a profession, a lifelong passion, or simply a meaningful part of life, she believes that confidence, curiosity, and thoughtful engagement with movement have value far beyond the studio.
